Our products are shipped via Canada Post

$10 flat rate across Canada

$15 Express Across Canada

Orders over $150 qualify for FREE SHIPPING!

International orders - Shipping calculated at checkout

LEAD TIME:

Majority of our products are made to order and are processed in the order in which the orders are received

Our current lead time is roughly 2 weeks but in a some cases can be sooner or longer depending things like leather inventory and time availability. We are a tiny husband and wife team and we have a high standard for our products. Therefore we put a lot of time into making sure each and every item we make meets those standards

We do have some items ready to ship, those items currently ship monday's and thursday's

LEATHER:

Leather is a natural product and with that variations from hide to hide do occur. Things such as grain creases and fat lines may appear which we feel gives each item its own unique character. 

Our leathers are carefully selected to meet our standards and ensure durability

RETURNS:

As our products are custom and made to order ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If any production defects occur we are happy to either fix or replace that item as long as proof that the defect was caused in the production is supplied.
